Dear Sir,
I have provided all documentation, pictures. Manager of Agarwal Packers and Movers (APML) who coordinated the move agrees on damages during delivery. Inspite of repeated phone calls and emails to Insurance department, I get no response, not even the APML manager who coordinated the move.

I'm forced to register this complaint and plan to take up negative campaign in social forums against APML. Any help and advice will be appreciated.
