Complaint Details
I had registered to aritel's family plan (749)/month and bill used to come 1000+. I (9880651354) have added my wife's number [9902635354] also to this plan.
4days back i switched the plan to 699. and immediately after that my wife's SIM stopped working. My wife visited Airtel store 2 times with all the documents and they refused to replace the SIM card.
Even after Airtel relationship manager promised Airtel store will replaces but was refused again. AIRTEL seems to be cheating cusomters!
