Complaint Details
I required a Maid for my home. So, me and my husband googled it and out of many online options finally decided to hire services of Vision Man Power. They sent a staff named Shilpa together with a maid but we immediately rejected the maid because she was not looking appropriate as I have an infant to look after for. Than Shilpa Advised us to fill a registration form, we filled registration form and paid Rs. 5000/- in cash as advance. she (Shilpa) convinced us that they will arrange a maid suitable for our home within two days and if they can’t than they will return the advance paid by us. This Happened on 25-8-17 and since than they haven’t provided us maid. We tried to contact them over phone many times but often they didn’t respond or very few time replied that they will provide us maid. They are not taking our concern seriously and have cheated us. I want justice and want my advance to be refunded.
