Complaint Details
I have purchased stock lot from Varis International, Plot #97, Brijmandal Colony,Jhotwara, Jaipur, India-302012 .As per their suggestion we have selected the pictures which they kept in google+ for 28720 + GST + courier charges . And we transferred money to their company account Varis International. Based on that Varis International sent the shirts and ladies top , but those items were not Original items and the bill was not provided along with the parcel ,on 14 the sep itself I called and informed them that I have not received the bill and the product quality is not good . so I asked for the replacement they agreed on that and told that they will send the soft cop of bill via wats app after that you can send the goods back but almost 20day is over, they have not send the bill and also they have blocked my no in their phone call as well as watsapp . I don’t have any faith on the company, so I need refund of my amount then only I will return the product back to them . I have not moved legally as I am not having the bill. Only I have the bank transaction details.
Please help us how we have to proceed further.
