Complaint Details
On 30 Aug 2017, I have paid Rs 6780 to Indian Railway Reservation counter ( at station Purna -- station code - PAU) through my Axis Bank Debit Card
(transaction receipt attached).
Due to some error in the reservation counter printer and in the IRS system, the ticket could not be generated and what I got is the Cancelled Ticket Copy with no berth allotment ( ticket copy attached).
For getting my amount back, Since last 20 days I have been chasing Indian Railway helpdesk through E Mails, Calls, Twitter but no one is giving solution.
Am also attaching my bank statement for this day which indicates debit of Rs 6780 from my account.
Request extend help to get my money back please.
