Complaint Details
I had reg istered to aritel's family plan (749)/month and bill used to come 1000+. I (9880651354) have added my wife's number [9902635354] also to this plan.
on 18th Sep i switched the plan to (649. + 299) and immediately after that my wife's SIM stopped working. My wife visited Airtel store 2 times with all the documents and they refused to replace the SIM card.
Even after AIRTEL relationship manager promised AIRTEL store will replaces but was refused again.
Finally I have got new SIM on 23rd Sep but it is still not working, called customer care 2-3 times but no help, please help with unprofessional AIRTEL which is billing customers without providing a working SIM. It's been more than 5 days now.
