Complaint Details
I have submitted my claim reimbursement supporting documents on 14/08/2017. Sane was received and approved on date 19/08/2017.Claim No is BLR-0817-CL-0008884.My claim got approved on 19/08/2017. i have enquired for the same on toll free number provided by company. and from Usually it takes 15-20 working days maximum for the claimed amount to transfer. But till now whenever I call the team the say cheque is yet to be dispatched out from our side. Last week i got a call saying that my Bank details where required ,so i sent them the same in few hours, but still i didn't receive any amount/email/notification from vidalhealthtpa about the amount.
