Hi team,
i booked for hotel stay in Malaysia. and i have canceled it within 4 days. I got an update from them . We would like to inform you that we are going to refund your one package of Rs 10499 vide transaction id : 20170608365671223 and the refund will be credited in your account within 45 working days as per our refund and cancellation policy(Your Refund Amount = 10499-1049=9450 your deduction will be 10% of 10499 = 1049 (i.e. Cancellation charges & processing Fees) as per company's Terms & Conditions).

Till today i have not got any update they have blocked my email id
