Complaint Details
I have submitted my handset (MOTOROLA G 2nd Generation) to a service / support center present at Nagpur City , India.
The name of the service support system is 'Comwen' as given in the website of 'Motorola Mobility India.'

But this service center, gave me the bill reciept with the name given over it as 'HEXAGON SUPPORT SERVICE' and charged me full payment of INR.450/- (Indian Ruppees 450 only) in advanced and promised to resolve the trouble within next 2 hours, the same day.

I have updated my mobile's operating system to Android Marshmallow from Android Lollipop. After that my mobile's camera started giving me errors as 'Camera is busy, unable to start.'

For this trouble I have submitted my handset to 'Comwen' alias 'HEXAGON SUPPORT SERVICE' alias 'MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTRE NAGPUR'

I have submitted my handset on 16/09/2017 (Sixteenth September Two thousand Seventeen) and already paid for it. Now they are refusing to handover my mobile until 3rd October 2017.

In between, I have visited 4 times (3 times myself and one time sent my cousin) to the same center and every time I have been given the next date.
(This can be verified from the CCTV camera installed within there shop).

Mr. Aakash, who works at the same service center, gave me the on paper written commitmment with there signature that he will handover my mobile to me on 26/09/2017 (DD/MM/YYYY).

He wrote it behind the bill reciept (although it was NOT on stamp paper but he assured to hand over the mobile by this date)
The Service providers are rude and are not returning my mobile phone to me, nor they are returning my money, also when I called to know the status of my mobile handset, they are giving me the next date of 03/10/2017 (DD/MM/YYYY),and hang up the phone. Again after calling ,they are not answering my call and got no response from their side.

I am feeling cheated now and want my money back with my submitted handset in the same condition, and also wants the license of this service center to be cancelled / suspended for cheating the customers, and for wasting their time and money with no benefit.
