Quikr advertises on providing RTO services . I needed to transfer my car from Haryana to Mumbai & also pay Mumbai road taxes . Quikr took an advance of RS. 75000 to pay road tax and this was to be taken after registration which takes 2 months . Realising they are fraudulent I asked for refund which they committed to 48 working hours . It has been a week no refund yet process . Now I am paying road tax and also credit card bill for Quikr payment. It is a high amount that I cannot afford - so having to pay late charges . Would need QuIkr to pay a penalty for harassment , fraud & interest charge / late payment charge.
