Complaint Details
I've contacted Go Air several times as after cancelling my return ticke t I was promised to get my refund with 7 days. It's been 14 days and I still haven't received my refund.
I've contacted Go Air about this issue 4 - 5 times and even escalated a complaint through email but still my issue has neither been resolved nor I have received any revert for my complaint.
My last call to Go Air was on 27th Sep 17, to make a direct complaint through phone call. But I was not allowed to speak to a manager and in the end my call was disconnected.
