I have attended one seminar on 12 Jun 2017 by Dr.HEMANT HIRALAL BAFNA, it was regarding Master Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy.

During seminar Dr.Bafna, told us that Course will be conducted in English as well as Hindi Medium. So i paid 7000 as a advance and took the admission for English medium.

However First session/class was on 16th July and it was in Hindi and Marathi, So i ask him about the English class, And he told me from next session, it will be in English.
But i did not trust him, ( and i was right second session was again in Hindi).
So i ask him for refund as he was providing what he has committed.
So simply told me He will not refund the fees.
And told me do whatever you can do, i will not refund the fees.
He even block me on Whatsapp, not even answering my call.

I am Yoga teacher by profession, Rs.7000 is equal to my one month earning
Please help me to get my fees back.

There were many people who took admission for english medium, they also got fooled, i don't have their contact.

Please help.
