On 29/9/17 I recharged my dish TV from rupees 540 after some time I got I message telling that my monthly recharge amount is 781 without telling me they added this 781 pack then I call to dish TV costumer care for asking this problem. But they telling that your name is registered by Prakash Kumar and I get this connection in last September but I am using dish TV from 4to5 years after that I finally decided to remove dish TV connection and demand the refund that I recharged today amount of rupees 540 when I am telling them refund my money back then they told we cannot give you back money then I ask them where does my recharge go they have no answer I want my refund
