Complaint Details
We had private navratri event for our friends and family from 22nd september to 25th september. It was 450 people event every day with all good background people invited. We had been complaining about food quality and cockroached roaming around food area since day 1. We had complained them having found a live bug in the salads and on 3rd day of event, on 24th September, we caught live video along with pictures and also the present members of TGB service staff and managers were there to witness it as well. We tried to call the Senior managers in the event however none of them had shown the face and now we want to take strong action. Please help. Regards
