Complaint Details
I had a ticket of Bengaluru to Jaipur on 28th of feb 2017. Flight number LB666. Carrier name Air Costa.
I received the cancellation information also only 8-10 hrs before to the scheduled departure to the flight.
Consequently i had to book another fligh at the end moment which again did cost me a huge amount because i had to purchase a new ticket from another airline company.
Now from the past six months i am following up air costa for my refund but they are not giving satisfactory replies as to when actually will i get my refund of Rs 7706.
I am hereby attaching the relevant email conversations with air costa so that you can verify it for yourself.
I want a strict action against this company and my refund with proper interest for 6 montrhs.
As there is a constarint for sending only 3 images i cannot send the entire trail of emails with the company.
