I bought the videocon 39inch tv in 2015 under 2 years extended warranty. On 7th Sept 2017 picture got started blurring & finally only sound was coming. I called their toll free no but those are not at all working..finally send sms & got subject reference no. Technician came & updates that pcb board need to change .on 22nd finally Technician came for replacing this pcb board but it didn't work..he updated that this board need to require some software upgradation...after two days another technician came & updated that pcb board is perfect but your display board is not working which require another 7 to 10 days..till date same is pending..
Their local service centre is clueless
