Sir,
I purchased the above smart phone/mobile, obviously to run various
apps. But, I am not able to run the official IRCTC and BHIM app. I
located the problem on OS side and emailed the details to
support@vmhd.in. Instead, they directed me to service center even
though it was beyond their scope. Obviously, they could not resolve the
problem. I repeatedly asked for email id of senior person for
escalation of the problem. Instead of providing the contact details,
they repeatedly asked me to collect the mobile, even though they are
repeatedly informed that the mobile is already collected.
