Complaint Details
I have bought iPhone 7/6S/6 Battery Pack Case with wireless charging receiver 3000mAh Lightweight & Ultra Slim Mobile Protective Juice Pack Reserve case from Amazon. The original seller is Bagsfull India.
I have couriered back the defective product back to seller, and the seller has confirmed the receipt of the product. Subsequently I received a call from the seller saying the product is damaged and I will not get a refund. I have found the product to be defective during first use itself when I received it. It has not been damaged by me, rather it was received damaged in the first place. Please help me get back my money. I have paid Rs.2889 online to Amazon for this product.
