purchase date of laptop is 08/08/2015 and from that date 3years warranty should be given under the offer and it should be last on 08/08/2018 according to the confirmation mail of warranty,but the satatus showing the expiry date of 08/08/2017. serial no -WB14527811 and Ticket Number is #LWP105438 and #ADP95850 of extended warranty and accidental damage protectio (ADP)
