Complaint Details
Today on 07 Oct I purchased medicines of amount 1149 from above medical store.
I gave my debit card for payement of 1149.
He swiped my card twice and said print is not coming that means amount is not debited later on I paid by cash.
Writhing few seconds I received sms from my bank that amount is debited from my account twice.
But as per orange medical amount should be credited back in 2 hours as it is not received by them.
It's almost 4 hours now and amount is not credited back.
As per customer care of axis bank amount is already credited in account of orange medical store.
But orange medical is denieng.
