Complaint Details
With great expectations about the new Westside store at Kollam, I purchased a
New churidar set (VARK brand ) for Rs.2600 in
the last week of July 2017. I still have the bills with me and I am a
westside Gold card holder. I stay in Kuwait. I had worn the dress
on September 22nd 2017 to a party and was so disheartened to be
informed by other guests that the left side sleeves has torn in many
places. It is so bad that we spend so much money on one dress from a
branded store and it gets spoiled right at the first wear
itself even before a single wash.

I would like to return the garment and get a full refund for my dress.
Though I have sent an email to the store's email address, no response has been received yet.
