complaint number 32146.
From day of delivery of product i am chasing saraf guys vai mail, chat, calls but they are not bothering about my complaint. i even talked to raghunandan also who is so called owner of company. but it did not help me even. Now they have blocked my number. I am not able to call them on support number nor on raghunandan's number. ANd they dnt have courtesy to reply my mails. i have pile more than 90 mails. but that and not bothering about it. Daily we are getting hurt from that defective bed as its storage gate is not closing, it automatically falls down. Help me in getting my money back.
