Complaint Details
I paid Rs.8500/- through cerdit card on dt.12.09.2017 for 1 YR - PREFERRED PLAN -FAMILY_NEW. They said I will be reimbursed for OPD charges, dental checkup charges with treatment also. but nothing happened.

They are not responding.

My son is heart patient with multiple holes in his heart. He is 1 yr and 9 months old and already gone through one major heart surgery at Medanta Medicity Gurgaon. And his second operation is due. I am middle class person and I earning is not much. I know how I managed Rs.8,500/- through credit card on installments to pay them and there Rs.751 I paid extra for installment conversion charges and they the will reimburse Rs.751 but they didn't and now they don't talk to me and not responding.

Please help me out.
