From 22nd Sept 2017, the website says the product was delivered. But however the product was not delivered/received. I called the Amazon CC immediately.. raised a concern. They assured me everything was right and all is fine and the product will be delivered...
However after 20 days and no updates, finally they drop me a mail saying that :

We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier and we got the confirmation that the package has been delivered successfully to the provided address.
Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.
I would like to confirm that we won't be able to assist any further on this issue.

I called them again asking for delivery proof or delivery chalan or something.. the agent Ms.Ayesha just banged the phone on my face saying .. she cna't help and sorry !!
I mean I'm the customer, high value purchases .. if the service provider is not even liable to provide the customer with a DELIVERY PROOF ... then what is happening here ? They say delivered we have to agree that it was delivered ??
Thats all ?? What about .. fair practice and rules .. what about transparency ?
I lost Rs.7000 in this order !!
