Complaint Details
Switches off as soon as the TV is switched on. Complaint registered with Customer care fist time on 12/07/2017 under No.40661180 again on 24/08/2017 uunder No 41592358. Sai Sony service centre responded after a lot of harrasssment and replaced the mother Board by charging Rs15000 on 06/09/2017 wit one year warranty for replacement but the same fault recurred within a few days. Again after a lot of harrassment the mother Board was again replaced and within 8days the same fault recurred. Again no response to telephone calls.
