28th July, 2016 - booked VRL Packers to transport household goods from Vadodara to Kurkheda (Gadchiroli, MS) at Rs. 20500 including insurance to deliver on 30th July. 28thJuly - 2nd Aug, - they didn’t give insurance documents. 1st Aug - Forcefully sold dressing table at Rs. 2000 stating, no enough space in transport vehicle. 2nd Aug - Received goods with broken TV, missing kids bicycle 2nd Aug - Called Vedpal immediately & narrated about broken TV. Asked to reimburse the cost. Later, he didn’t respond my calls. 6th Aug – Vedpal asked for 10 days. 17th Aug - Called him again, Mr. Vedpal avoided to talk. Later, he said, he is out of Vadodara & will return Rs. 18000 on 1st Sept. 2016. 1st Sept. - called him again but, he requested time till 3rd Sept. 3rd Sept. - He told me about depositing money. I requested checque’s copy, he denied. I called again, but he refused to give money & dared me to do whatever I want. Mr. Vedpal & VRL Packers played with my time, emotions & fooled me.
