I booked the ticket around 15 to 20 days back and my concern is that these people cheated to customers because while booking the ticket on your app last final page putting cvv on your get way it's showing amount which is going to be deduct 11639 rs but after put cvv number bank generate otp and when I received otp on same number via sms it's also receive same on your payment gateway and it's automatically captured and submitted through your gateway but after submitted otp my amount deduct from my card which is totally different which is 12839 rs it's really disgraceful,disappointed it's worst experience they cheated they cheat people they never mention this amount before I checked everywhere I also checked there convenience fee but after adding everything I get final cost which is 11639 .now I want 1200 rs back in my card which MMT people wrongly charged..I already attached my all screen shot and sent all of on there so many mail id,s lots of time but no one response me
