Complaint Details
I wish to terminate my policy in Birla Sun Life which was opened without proper consent from me while opening a bank account. I had paid a premium of 50,000 Rs but I need the refund. I don't want to continue the policy. I am not getting any proper response from the Bank nor the Birla Sun Life Company.
