3 Months back I purchased a Sony BRAVIA Television Model No: KD-43X7002E IN5 bearing Serial no: 3007709 for Rs.69000/- Last week vertical lines started appearing on the screen. On registering a service complaint, Engineer from SonyIndia Service Center inspected the TV and said the Led Panel is damaged and is demanding Rs.34,553/- for replacing the same, stating that Led Panel is not covered under Warranty.
