ON 10 JUNE MY VIDEOCON DDB LED TV START SHOWING ERROR MESSAGE,I FIRST CONTACTED VIDEOCON D2H THINKING IT MIGHT BE THERE ISSUE,BUT THEY TOLD ME TO WRITE TO VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE ,AFTER WRITING TO VIDEOCON CUSTOMER CARE,THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND SOME TECHINICIAN TO RECTIFY IT,WHEN TWO DAYS LATER THE TECHINICIAN CALLED ME HE TOLD ME IF I CAN BRING THE LED TO THERE SERVICE CENTRE,I AGREED AND TAKE THE LED TO SERVICE CENTRE THE NEXT DAY,THERE AFTER CHECKING THE LED THE TECHINICIAN TOLD ME THAT THE DDB CARD IS NOT WORKING AND NEED TO BE REPLACED, I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE IT,AFTER FEW DAYS I GOT A CALL FROM SERVICE CENTRE GUY,HE TOLD ME THAT THE DDB CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH VIDEOCON AND SO VIDEOCON WILL REPLACE MY LED,AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT VIDEOCON GUY,WHEN I CONTACTED THE VIDEOCON GUY,HE SAID THEY WILL REPLACE WITHIN FEW DAYS,THEN I AGAIN CALLED THIS GUY AND HE TOLD ME TO WAIT ONE MORE WEEK,FROM JUNE NOW ITS OCT,IT HAS ALMOST BEEN 4 MONTHS,THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLACED MY LED,WHEN ON 21 SEP I CALL THIS GUY AGAIN,HE OFFER ME ,THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME ANOTHER MODEL TV,BUT I HAVE TO PAY TO VIDEOCON Rs 7500 AND AS THIS MODEL LED DOES NOT HAVE IN BUILT DDB(D2H BOX) I HAVE TO PURCHASE THAT TO.BUT I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME SAME MODEL TV AS WHAT I WAS HAVING,THEN HE TOLD ME TO WAIT TILL DIWALI,AS THIS MODEL WILL COME ,NOW WHEN TODAY I CALLED HIM HE SAID THAT THIS MODEL TV HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED,AND I HAVE TO TAKE THERE OFFER OF ANOTHER MODEL LED AND HAVE TO PAY THEM 7500.I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN TO THERE CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES ,BUT HAS NOT GOT ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER TILL DATE.
IF THEY WOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED THIS AT THE BEGNING I WOULD MIGHT HAVE TAKEN THIS OFFER,BUT NOW AFTER GETTING THROUGH SO MUCH METAL TROUBLE AND HARRASMENT,THEY ARE FORCING ME TO TAKE THERE OFFER.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT CUSTOMER GOES THROUGHT.THEY REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER.
