my vodafone sim number 8877591535 is deactivated without any reason and information and when i tried to contact the vodafone customer care then they said your sim is active and you call 2 times wait 24hours we will resolve your problem same is repeated after 24 hours then i started my no. with new sim and when my no. started i asked customer care why this happen they hold my call again and again without my permission and when i ask to transfer my call to senior they disconnected my call i call again then they transfer my call to senior representative and the senior representative also do the same and gave me a number to call which is switch off. i want to know why then deactivted my sim and why they said wait for 24 hours why they waste my time.
