Hi,
My name is akshan kumar, having an exide life + medical insurance no. MB 391207.
My relationship manager is sanjeev verma (+91 95557 71304) I was promised that as soon as you choose exide policy, you become an agent and the first premium of rs. 25,000 will be returned to me.
Policy was done on 23rd march and yet no money has been returned.
Secondly, as i was offered medical insurance aswel, i have not received medical documents yet neither have i received any intimation.
I feel duped by exide and i want my money back
Also i would like to surrender the policy as exide does not seem to be fair in its dealings.
