Very very sorry to say that I am a senior citizen and a heart patient also classic water purifier holder. Your AMC service not upto satisfactory level. Your service Technician Indrajit Singh didn't give right services. According to AMC document purifier filter candel changing date was in June. But they didn't. After online complain that technician visited and after seeing AMC document asking me why did not change that filter candel. Then I told him why you asking me that's your duty to change, Ok, please you change that candel as early as possible. Then he told me he will change that within 2 to 3 days.But he didn't. When i call him he didn't receive that call. I have a little grand daughter. If I face any problem due to water then who will be responsible.
Please help me to over come from that problem.
Even Customer Care cell are also giving false commitment.
