Complaint Details
On September 12, 2017 I have taken a connection from ACT Fibrenet bearing
Account Number - 102016981015.
The installation was done on September 17, 2017. I have paid a sum of Rs 7428.00 (Seven Thousand Four hundred and Twenty eight Rupees) on September 12, 2017.
My connection has been facing problems since the date of connection. I have raised repeated complaints relating this issue. It was resolved once with 5 working days. After 2 days of proper working the issue started again. I raised a complaint relating to this issue on October 3, 2017. I got a message stating that this will be resolved in 24-48 hours. This was not resolved yet.
I made a repeated call to the customer care. They are asking time for a day. This is going on every day I asked them to cancel my connection and give the refund. Even then they are doing. I warned them stating that I would file a suit in consumer court. There is no response from them. So I have taken a initiate and filed a suit.
