Complaint Details
I ordered a item in Amazon portal and paid 1049 rupees for it. The item was expected to be delivered to me at October 10 of this year. But it was not delivered, and made me wait again for futher 3 more days. The traking details provided were falsified data. Now they are not providing me the item or a replacement for it. And when I asked for the refund they again stated that for a refund I have to wait for another 48 hours.
