Complaint Details
Please find below last email from GlobeMoving Pvt. Ltd. & the Australian Quarantine Officer Mr. Luke Thurbon.

I initially consented to having my pets (two young dogs) moved to Australia in June last year after Globe's Indian representatives located at Bangalore, Ms. Neha Parekh & Mr. Biju Verghese,(who aren't with that organisation anymore), said to me that they would have the both the pets vaccinated & tested to clear Australian Quarantine within three months of my making the full payment of INR750000/= as they had plenty of experience in such matters.

I wasn't pleased with some of the arrangements Biju advised me on initially (including transit vide Kuwait instead of Singapore) and upon insistence, he said he would charge me an extra INR50000/= to expedite the process.

I have paid them what they asked for vide an account payee cheque from, "Oriental Bank Of Commerce", bearing cheque number 757378 dated 26th July 2016.

Trust you would resolve the matter at the earliest without need for lawyers or arbitration of any kind to have the two dogs I trained myself, back with me in Australia.

Please consider that a dog ages 7-8 years approximately for every year by human standards & I do not think the authorities involved so far, ever considered that as a fact.

The currently quoted recent cost of well over INR24lakhs is not what we agreed to initially & it seems ridiculous by any standard.

You will find the communication so far vide email in the document enclosed.
