I got Problem with Earphones and i sent that to Sennheiser service center Banglore and they given replacement to me and that was sent by DTDC Courier Service and they provided Tracking Number: B47974971 at last it was showing that Parcel is Delivered Successfully but they are not contacted me and not told to me that they given to whom in status its showing delivered to Office Colleague. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM EVERY ONE TELLING THAT IT NOT COMES UNDER THEIR REGION SO PLEASE HELP ME
