I purchased anker powerline lightning cable on amazon from Cloudtail India in December,2016. The product comes with warranty of 18 months. In August end the product stopped working so I contacted the consumer helpline of Cloudtail, they told that they will revert me back in 2-3 days or maximum 10 days but after makkng 6-7 calls in 2 months period i hace not received any response in firm of mail or call. I have made several complaints through mails and calls. They are not giving me any kind of response after all this. They are not letting me talk to any of their seniors and ignoring by saying that it will be done in 24 hrs everytime i call.
