Complaint Details
I have purchased an LG washing machine from Reliance Digital, and it is covered under warranty. Its electronic panel has failed and I have lodged a complaint with the dealer's service centre. Despite confirmation that the part is covered under warranty, the dealer (Reliance Digital) has not released the cheque for the required part. The LG service centre has confirmed that the part is ready for installation, they are only waiting for payment from Reliance store. Duration: over 6 weeks.
