I bought a Sunflame OTG last year. The OTG is not working and I registered a complaint to get it repaired (ref no. S171005153) on 5th Oct '17, but till date there has been no service call or repair of my OTG. The product is under warranty. I have been repeatedly calling the customer care, have written to Sunflame on the email ids provided on their website (the contact no.s on their website do not work) requesting them to either repair the OTG, or replace it or refund my money. But there has been no response from the company or their customer care, even after multiple complaints. I request to you please help resolve the issue
