I had filed a complaint for my water purifier on the below mentioned dates with SR nos.

Till day I have been following up and everyday I have been given false commitments for getting the faulty part replaced which is under warranty as it was replaced 2 months back which was suggested by the technician Mr. Raj Kumar and also the product is covered under AMC. After several request the Customer service executive forwarded the call to his senior today and then he took the authorised service centre senior official on a call and mr. Raj joined in that call and then while inquiring about the faulty part he said it is not available yet and it can't be replaced before that and bluntly cut the call. Then I spoke with a a higher official in your company and he said he will call back back in 1 hrs time but all in vain.
I need a replacement of the water purifier as in the absence of the same we are having issues with drinking water and my father being a senior citizen having ill health because of high sodium levels and to cater to his health this water purifier was purchased. In the absence of the same we have to purchase packaged drinking water for which I have to spend extra bucks even after purchasing the water purifier from go company
Such a casual approach in handling an escalation shows a very poor image of the company on a whole.
I now need a replacement of my water purifier and just not the replacement of the faulty part as even after getting it replaced 2 months earlier the same is again causing problem.
