Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
Today I have purchased some fruits & vegetables from RELIANCE SMART where they charged GST 6%+6% on some items and 14%+14% on others.
I feel the latter GST part ie.(14%+14%)is not correctly billed . On enquirty the RELIANCE Customer service failed to respond in any manner justfiying the same. They are not even accessible after trying to contact some responsible official from their side.
Hence, it is my kind request to you in the helm to do the needful and help stop the malpractice and over charging of tax from the public by Reliance SMART.
