On September 12, 2017 I have taken a connection from ACT Fibrenet bearing Account Number - 102016981015. The installation was done on September 17, 2017. I have paid a sum of Rs 7428.00 My connection has been facing problems since the date of connection. I have raised repeated complaints relating this issue. It was resolved once with 5 working days. After 2 days of proper working the issue started again. I raised a complaint relating to this issue on October 3, 2017. This was not resolved yet
