I was approaching different financial institutions for taking over my loan account and the take over procedures were not happening because I had issue in my CIBIL score. During those days an executive from Credit Sudhaar Services Pvt Ltd called me over the phone introducing himself as a representative of a financial institution. I told him about my low credit score, possession notice from bank and my urgency of money with him and he guaranteed as his company can resolve my issues. He along with this superior promised me that the company will assistant me in take-over of my present loan and will inform that to my banker regarding that and will sanction me a personal loan of 10 Lakhs within a week after paying them 23875 rupees to their company account through bank. After making the payment , I got their call asking me for buying loan, using credit cards and clearing my dues myself. When I asked about personal loan and official letter, they told me that they will only give loan to people residing in Mumbai and Bangalore and they can’t grand me 10Lakhs of personal loan because I am residing in Kerala and sending an official letter to my banker is not a part of their service. I was shocked to hear that, and told them clearly about what the company executive offered me and asked for refund immediately. Then they told "they dont have a policy to refund money". I contacted them many times through phones, emails and letter, but the company is not responding to anything.
