Courier reject delivering shipments and mi India provides no response for the delivery of the products. Need complete Resolution.

Why are my shipments returned without a single attempt to deliver it nor a single phone call was made to deliver it to me. Mi India are very inactive to response over the same. Dimapur based Delhivery courier could not dispatch the item as they received wrong informations from Guwahati's team. I tracked my online shipments and found that the delhivery courier at Dimapur Khermal are silently returning my products, and on enquiring about the status, they said that they have been asked by the Guwahati & Delhi based courier to return which is illegal because not a single phone calls nor a single delivery attempt was made to deliver the product. I want the parcels sir, I want complete resolution. The delhivery courier based in Guwahati updated fake status, Kindly reattempt the delivery. I want this product.
