Complaint Details
I had approached this agency to search for a nanny to take care of my son. As per the agreement set by them, I paid an amount of Rs 8000 as brokerage based on which they were supposed to find a nanny within 15 days. 30 days passed and they were not able to finalize a single nanny. When I told that I want to discontinue their services, they accepted and told they will refund the full amount. Even after 6 months they have only refunded Rs 5000 against Rs 8000 which they should have refunded.
