Complaint Details
For past 6months electricity billing staff were not taking actual reading and they were updated that meter struck up condition and replaced with new meter with cost of 200 rupees by lineman. After changes new meter same exited reading taking and mading bills from June onwards . We have given a complaint by written to AE but ignored. Now we got 3328 rupees for two months and I lodge a complaint in APEPDCL but no use I mean time my electricity supply was disconnected due to not pay showcause. Hence I requesting to please take action on this matter and electricity staff gross negligence on duty results I paid per unit cost 6.50 rupees as a domestic user. Please cross check
