Complaint Details
Nexus 6P phone started getting into bootloop (software) issues. Google, the software provider (my nexus runs on android 8) informed me to contact Huawei. I met the Huawei customer service center in Borivali (W), Mumbai and they are citing warranty terms for not repairing my phone. I spoke to Huawei call center before the expiry of warranty (on 13th, 14 & 15th Of October 2017) and went to Borivali center on 18th of October 2017 by when phone was still under warranty.
Service representative mentioned that on system my phone continues to be on warranty till November 10-15th 2017. from 19th till 22nd the center was closed and i went again on 23rd with the invoice copy. Center head mentioned that my phone is out of warranty and hence cannot service my phone. I think this amounts to cheating. It's an expensive phone and either because of software or the hardware issue my phone is constantly getting into bootloop problem and I think one of the companies should rectify it. My constant endeavor has been to seek help either from google or from Huawei to get my phone repaired. Please help.
