Complaint Details
As per the offer, if future wallet is loaded then 15% cashback (max up to Rs 300) would be received. Offer valid between 16 to 22nd Oct 2017.
Hence I loaded my wallet with rs 2100/- (Transaction ID is WT5055502118020172421) on 18th Oct and purchased the clothes from Central-Pune on same day.
As per offer I should have received the cashback of Rs 300/- instantenously (as per executive from Mall mentioned to me) or max within 4 days.
But inspite of continuous followup company has not added the cashback into my wallet.
More important in this company's ethics. Company does not deliver what it promises.
