Complaint Details
Rmv group has taken the money for package booking for their property named Shagun Resort in Igatpuri and are now not responding on mails and phone for booking. After trying more than 50 times to reach their manager Deepak who had taken the money, he has been assuring of confirming the booking on mail and doing nothing about it. I have a confirmation from Rmv group on mail that I can make the booking but no response now. Rmv group is are big cheaters as once they have got the money they r not taking calls or responding on mails
